Blog Lovin Wednesday; Versaille Memories

Happy Wednesday!

I'm so happy to be writing from the beautiful, sunny, and balmy Florida! What a happy girl I am being in the warm climate. There's just something about the ocean that brings out the best in me. 

I wanted to post a little blog-lovin' while I'm away on vacay because my girl Sigourney at A Sip of Style posted this the other day which I obviously love because it includes The Palace of Versailles! Amazing, stunning, breathtaking Versailles. Nothing compares so I wanted to share this post of hers. 

In case you have forgotten  how much I loved visiting Versailles while in Northern France I'll link you to this post and share a few more pictures. I cannot emphasize enough how much I think you should take the time out of your trip to see Versailles if you visit France. It was worth every penny and I would love to go back and visit when the gardens are in bloom and would pay a pretty hefty penny in order to do so.

Met Gala Musings

If you're like me and have a guilty pleasure of reading celebrity gossip then you're fully aware that the Met gala was the other evening and everyone and their mom showed up to wow in some of the most beautiful gowns and most ridiculous fashion flops. 

Below are my faves with maybe a few notes here and there. You can't even pay me to post or write about the uggo's. Honestly, I can't believe some celebs PAY people to let them walk out of their homes in some of this shit. Ridic.

So I love J.Crew, doesn't everybody? I try really hard to only shop the sale section in the online store which is dangerous enough as it is. Note: No purchasing has been done lately, BUT if I could here are some things I would get :)

Must Have

Why does my "must have" list keep growing especially when I'm in a financial rut a.k.a. new lifestyle which isn't exactly stable for shopping sprees. Alas, I'm in a pickle anyway. Here is my latest obsession which I stumbled upon from Jenni's blog...

I feel like these would be the perfect addition to my shoe collection for next year's season in Europe. With all the rain, slush, and weather doesn't it seem like a necessity? Okay okay maybe not a necessity but you know what I mean. I love the red! What do you think? You can get your own pair here if you love them as much as I do! Thank you Jenni for pointing them out!

Wish List

OH. M. GEE.

I rarely say this phrase exaggerated. But let me exaggerate and appreciate it once you see what I'm OH. M. GEE-ing about.

Came across this bag today and I have decided to place it on my must-have list.

I am OBSESSED with it because it's rustic and looks fantastic. I'm a huge fan of items that look beautiful but you can't quite put your finger on where it was bought or who made it. There is nothing that disgusts me more than brand name's splayed across t-shirts (think Abercrombie and Fitch circa early 2000's). Barf. So this is another huge reason why I like this bag, no one would be able to tell where it was from but they know it's well made and of good quality.

Drumroll please....

Distressed brown leather= Heaven.

J.Crew Christmas Wish List

Oooh boy. My roommate received the J.Crew Holiday catalog in the mail today, this is not a good thing for either of us. I LOVE a lot of what J.Crew designs because their items are stylish yet subtle; they usually offer a lot of great pieces for layering and that can be dressed up for a night out or dressed down for dinner and movie with your significant other.

If you happen to need a few more items to add to your 2011 Wish List, or maybe you feel like sending yours truly a little Christmas cheer, here are a few items I can't get enough of right now.
