Holiday Cheer

From the background of my blog to my obsession with the ocean, I am a beach gal through and through. I look best with a golden tan, my acquires natural blond highlights from the sun and sandals and minimal clothing are just meant to coexist with me. So it is not very subtle that I strongly disagree with winter.

It's been getting awfully brisk over the last two weeks up here in Minnesota which makes me that much more anxious to hop on an international flight to France. I know, I know, France has winter too but I'm much more willing to be cold with my love near.

However, my lovely roommate decorated the house with Christmas decorations today and I am pretty much loving the weather, season, holiday now that the house is cheery and cozy with green and red holiday decor. Just something about the feelings that the decorations bring in me, makes me think of family, home, comfort, and love. So here I am, sitting by the fire with a glass of wine in tow. Hope you all feel as comfortable and cozy tonight as Cooper and I do :)
